Thorough cleaning & preparation:
We remove dirt, leaves, and algae from your roof and check the general condition of the old membrane.

Local repair:
Damaged areas are repaired in advance to create a solid base.

Priming the entire roof surface:
A system-compatible primer (Purgrund) is applied to promote the bond between the membrane and the liquid waterproofing membrane.

Homogeneous integration of all structures, inlets, and penetrations:
Integration of all details such as skylights, inlets, parapets, etc. into the roof surface (with a minimum of 10 cm of fleece inlay into the roof surface).

Coating the entire roof surface with PURelastik liquid waterproofing membrane & fleece:
Applying the Purelastik liquid waterproofing membrane in the fleece-reinforced system using a spraying method (airless). This creates a seamless, homogeneous waterproofing system.
Was bedeutet Flachdachregeneration?
Bei der Flachdachregeneration wird die bestehende Dachfläche nicht entfernt, sondern professionell aufbereitet und mit einem hochflexiblen Flüssigkunststoffsystem neu abgedichtet. In Kombination mit einem Armierungsvlies entsteht eine vollflächig verstärkte, fugenlose Regenerationssschicht, die das Dach dauerhaft schützt.
Das Ergebnis: Ein optisch und technisch erneuertes Flachdach mit deutlich verlängerter Lebensdauer.
Bei dieser Maßnahme handelt es sich um eine vorbeugende Instandhaltungs- und Regenerationsmaßnahme zur Werterhaltung der bestehenden Abdichtung sowie zur Vermeidung zukünftiger Schäden an der vorhandenen Dachabdichtung.
Aus diesem Grund findet das Gebäudeenergiegesetz (GEG) keine Anwendung!
Durch den Verzicht auf Abriss und Entsorgung der alten Dachabdichtung werden Kosten, Bauzeit und Umweltbelastung deutlich reduziert. Gleichzeitig wird die Nutzungsdauer des Flachdachs um viele Jahre verlängert – eine nachhaltige und wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Lösung.
