We renovate membrane flat roofs throughout Europe using liquid plastic and fleece reinforcement – including all connections and penetrations. After substrate testing and preparation, the surface is sealed with liquid plastic and reinforced with fleece, creating a seamless, jointless seal. Critical details such as parapet connections, skylights, roof drains, pipe penetrations, and transitions are integrated into the system and permanently bonded. The result is a continuous, seamless seal, which offers particular advantages for roofs with many details and complex geometries. For a quote, we usually only need information about the roof area, address/postal code, and photos of the details – alternatively, we can arrange an on-site consultation.

(EU-wide)

Why act now?
A leaky membrane roof can quickly cause expensive consequential damage – from wet insulation to mold growth. With our renovation solution, you can permanently protect your building and save money compared to re-roofing.
Make leaky, old roofing membranes completely weatherproof again. Our innovative renovation using liquid plastic and fleece gives your roof a seamless, extremely robust, and durable new protective layer – without the need for a complex and expensive complete replacement.

Your advantages at a glance:
-
Seamless sealing – no weak spots at seams or connections
-
Strong & durable – reinforcing fleece provides extra stability
-
Quick & clean – no need to remove the old membrane
-
Ideal for detailed areas – such as skylights, vents, or roof edges
-
Weather & UV-resistant – your roof remains protected for the long term

The innovative solution: Renovating foil roofs with liquid plastic and fleece
This is how the foil roof renovation with liquid plastic and fleece works:
-
Thorough cleaning & preparation:
We remove dirt, leaves, and algae from your roof and check the general condition of the old membrane.
-
Local repair:
Damaged areas are repaired in advance to create a solid base.
-
Priming the entire roof surface:
A system-compatible primer (Purgrund) is applied to promote the bond between the membrane and the liquid waterproofing membrane.
-
Homogeneous integration of all structures, inlets, and penetrations:
Integration of all details such as skylights, inlets, parapets, etc. into the roof surface (with a minimum of 10 cm of fleece inlay into the roof surface).
-
Coating the entire roof surface with PURelastik liquid waterproofing membrane & fleece:
Applying the Purelastik liquid waterproofing membrane in the fleece-reinforced system using a spraying method (airless). This creates a seamless, homogeneous waterproofing system.
What does flat roof regeneration mean?
Flat roof regeneration involves not removing the existing roof surface, but rather professionally preparing it and resealing it with a highly flexible liquid plastic system. Combined with a reinforcing fleece, this creates a fully reinforced, seamless regeneration layer that provides lasting protection for the roof.
The result: A visually and technically renewed flat roof with a significantly extended lifespan.
This measure is a preventative maintenance and regeneration procedure to preserve the value of the existing waterproofing and prevent future damage to the existing roof membrane.
For this reason, the German Building Energy Act (GEG) does not apply!
By avoiding the demolition and disposal of the old roof membrane, costs, construction time, and environmental impact are significantly reduced. At the same time, the service life of the flat roof is extended by many years – a sustainable and economically sound solution.

Why liquid plastic is ideal for foil roofs:
-
Seamless and seamless:
Liquid plastic seals the entire surface without welds.
-
Perfect adhesion to roof membrane:
After appropriate preparation, it bonds permanently to the substrate.
-
Crack-bridging and elastic:
Ideal for already damaged or brittle roof membranes.
-
Precise sealing:
Even complicated connections, skylights, ventilators, and edge areas are reliably protected.
